Client: Employbridge | 2023, 8 mos | Role: Executive Advisor, Project Lead

The Brief

Employbridge, a private-equity backed industrial staffing company, brought together several specialty brands under one unified name. The website played a key role in launching the new brand, helping to boost visibility, engagement, and traffic to their digital workforce platform. The project reported directly to the CRO and had regular executive leadership visibility. It was a core part of repositioning the company and supporting a new go-to-market strategy.

My Role

I served as both executive advisor and project architect, guiding the definition and delivery of the unified brand website as the company established its new marketing and sales organization. I assembled a cross-functional team across marketing, sales, IT, and product, sourced and secured the right design agency partner, and drove day-to-day decision-making. I acted as the bridge between executive leadership and project teams, ensuring alignment, momentum, and business continuity through a period of organizational change.

Outcomes

RESEARCH & IMMERSION : CRAFTING A TALENT AND CLIENT-CENTERED VISION

I partnered with the agency to lead research and stakeholder interviews, uncovering opportunities to modernize the experience around talent and client needs. We developed content and experience principles to guide the new direction. This work laid the strategic foundation for creating a digital experience centered user needs and driving growth for Employbridge’s digital workforce platform.

CONCEPT DEVELOPMENT: A UNIFIED, MODERN VISION

I led collaborative concept development with the design agency, creating a new visual identity, interaction model, and future experience concepts. Together, we built narrative prototypes and scenarios that secured C-suite alignment on the experience strategy. This work set the foundation for a unified brand presence and a bold new value proposition to drive growth of Employbridge’s digital workforce platform.

DESIGN COMPONENTS: BUILDING A SCALABLE FOUNDATION

I oversaw the collaborative development of a new component library that unified interaction design, visual design, and content strategy. We embedded internal teams to build components, create content, validate through user testing, and build ownership. I facilitated the CMS platform selection process, established governance models for design work, and developed scalable content templates to accelerate implementation.

DELIVERY READINESS: FROM VISION TO LAUNCH

I led collaborative sessions with agency partners and stakeholders to define the implementation roadmap, balancing transformation goals with organizational readiness. With the CMS platform selected, I helped initiate an RFP process to secure an implementation partner. While advancing design work and preparing components for build, we maintained momentum toward a faster MVP launch and scalable future delivery.
